Don’t overlook the mundane! Adam presented an interesting discussion of the obligation for the trustee to serve notice to heirs, beneficiaries, and/or other interested persons pursuant to Section 16061.7 of the California Probate Code, including the policies underlying the requirement to give notice and authority-supported analysis of what constitutes compliant and deficient notices.
